This presentation provides an overview of both the trademark and patent process for the intellectual property attorney. The course covers searching (due diligence), preparing applications, filing, and navigating the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Key course points are:

  • Prosecuting a Trademark to issuance.

  • Spotting when something might require a trademark.
  • Understanding Intellectual Property.

A graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey and Seton Hall Law School in Newark, New Jersey, Mr. Feigin is a licensed Attorney in New Jersey, New York and at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (U.S. Patent Office Reg No. 59,013).
