(25) The present invention 100 is made in a manufacturing factory which produces plastic/glass containers as well as a manufacturer/factory which produces rolling papers. The necessary elements are a container 10 with a removable lid 20 as well as a smaller dispensing lid 24 that opens to provide dispensing action of the contents. Rolling papers 30 are a necessary portion of the invention. A pair of retaining rails 21-22 on the outer sides of the container 10 serve as an integrated rolling paper cartridge 25 into which the pack of rolling papers 30 is inserted to be carried as one piece with the container 10.

(26) The pair of retaining rails 21-22 is optional and may be substituted with gluing of the rolling paper tray onto the container. The pair of retaining rails 21-22 is preferred in order to make the container reusable. The container 10 may be made out of glass and metal, providing the same function as that which is made out of plastic. The components can be made in various sizes/dimensions to accommodate different storage volume as well as to accommodate different-sized rolling papers.

(27) FIG. 4 illustrates a top rear view of the article of manufacture providing a storage and dispenser 10 for herbs joined with a rolling paper storage and dispenser along with the removable lid 20 according to the present invention. FIG. 5 illustrates another side rear view of the article of manufacture for a storage and dispenser 10 for herbs joined with a rolling paper storage and dispenser along with the removable lid 20 having a smaller dispensing lid 24 according to the present invention. FIG. 6 illustrates an example embodiment of a top rear view of the article of manufacture for a storage and dispenser 10 for herbs joined with a rolling paper storage and dispenser having the removable lid 20 installed with an open smaller dispensing lid 24 open according to the present invention.

(28) The dry herb container 10 with a removable and open-able lid 20 is joined with rolling papers 30 into one unit. The container has a pair of retaining rails 21-22 on the sides to fit the dimensions of a standard rolling paper pack 30. On the horizontal bottom portion of the rails/container there is a protruding flat surface to keep the rolling papers box in place, attached to the container 10. The result is a dry herb dispenser box with rolling papers attached to it.

(29) The lid 20 of the container is fully removable in order to easily fill the storage compartment 15 with dry herbs. The lid 20 is equipped with a smaller attached lid portion 24 which enables the dispensing of the contents in a measured and controlled way onto the rolling paper 30. Once a user finishes dispensing, closing the lid 24 will ensure that the contents of the storage compartment 15 are stored safely without the risk of falling out.

(30) The herb container has a pair of retaining rails 21-22 attached to it which enables the appropriately-sized rolling papers 30 to be inserted and stored on the outer side of the container 10. When the rolling papers 30 are used up and the rolling paper tray is empty, it is removed and replaced with a new set of rolling papers. The container is refillable and reusable.

(32) By the design of the invention, the user of the invention will be able to have all the necessary items to roll a dry herb blend into a paper. The container 10 is equipped with the rolling papers 30 and dispensing lid 24 to dispense the contents of the storage compartment 15 onto the rolling paper 30 which the user has pulled out of the integrated rolling paper cartridge 25 which is attached to the side of the container 10. After finishing the process, the container 10 is easily stored in a pocket or any desired place of storage, keeping all of the required parts together.

(33) Additionally, the contents of the container are up to a user's discretion. The storage compartment 15 and an integrated rolling paper cartridge 25 are a single unit 10 with an option to have filter tips stored within/on the same unit. An additional lighting unit (such as a custom lighter or matches) may be installed onto the side of the unit 10 to provide every necessary element for the process involved.

(34) FIG. 10 illustrates a front top view of an article of manufacture providing an herb storage and dispenser joined with a rolling paper storage and dispenser having a removable nest holding smaller rolling papers according to the present invention.
