If you have a concept you would like patented, there are many ways of explaining to your Attorney what your concept is. This may include drawings, a written description, a model, a business plan, or even a verbal explanation. Depending on the concept to be patented, different forms of communication or disclosure may be appropriate. However, it is a good idea to reduce your concept to writing and record the date in order to show the date of conception of your patentable concept.
