The ornamental design for a pillow with rod-shaped insert, as shown and described.
Description

(2) FIG. 2 is a bottom front right perspective view thereof;
(3) FIG. 3 is a side elevation view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image;
(4) FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear side being a mirror image;
(5) FIG. 5 is a sectional view along the section line 5-5 of FIG. 6;
(6) FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and,
(7) FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view.
